As organic food is a buzz word in today's health conscious life, anyone who steps inside a restaurant, bar and lounge, the "O" experience is in for a few surprises. And when you lift your fork and tuck into a meal, that's when you know what sets the organic experience apart from the others of its ilk. Today it's not just enough to offer and eat good food but to offer an experience of nutritional eating is bound to catch on with everyone being so health conscious now.
Organic food is known to contain 50% more nutrients, minerals and vitamins than produce that has been intensively farmed. Moreover the cuisine is neither boring nor all-vegan, as you would imagine. Instead, its substantial menu is devoted to the full-bodied flavors of Malabar, Travancore, Mexican, with tandoori and Chinese dishes thrown in for good measure. If going organic is the mantra, it's no surprise then that existing restaurants are reworking their menus attract this niche clientele in a bid to expand the idea of organic health.
